You can change your delivery day permanently (for all future orders) or for one week only. Important: To guarantee the change applies to your next delivery, it must be made before the weekly deadline shown in your online account.

Permanent Change (For all future deliveries) Use this if you want to set a new preferred delivery day for all your future scheduled orders.

On the Factor app:

Log in to your account.
Go to Profile > My Subscription
Navigate to Delivery and click Edit.
Update your preferred delivery day and time slot and click Save.

On Mobile Web:

Click the menu in the top-left corner to log in.
Go to the menu and select Settings.
Scroll down to Delivery and click Edit.
Update your preferred delivery day and time slot and click Save.

On desktop:

Log in to your account.
Go to Settings.
Scroll down to the Delivery section and click Edit.
Update your preferred delivery day and time slot and click Save.
Change for one Week only Use this to adjust the delivery day for the upcoming week's order only. All future deliveries will remain on your permanent default setting.

On the app:

Log in to your account.
Navigate to My Deliveries.
Scroll to the order you wish to change and click Change delivery.
Select Reschedule delivery to choose a new delivery day and time slot for that week only.

On Mobile Web:

Click the menu in the top-left corner to log in.
Use the top menu to select the delivery date you want to edit, then click Edit Order or Skip.
Select Reschedule delivery to choose a new delivery day and time slot for that week only.
Click Save.

On desktop:

Log in to your account.
Navigate to My Menu.
Click Edit or skip on the relevant week's order.
Select Reschedule delivery to choose a new delivery day and time slot for that week only.
Click Save.
