How do I download the Factor app?
You can download the Factor app for free on the App Store, Google Play Store.
What is included in my order from Factor?
Yes, they are. All meals from Factor labeled ‘KETO’ allow you to stay in ketosis and contain at least 60% of calories from fat, about 20% of calories from protein and 10% or fewer calories from carbohydrates.
Are Factors keto meals actually keto friendly?
Yes, they are. All our meals labeled ‘KETO’ allow you to stay in ketosis and contain at least 60% of calories from fat, about 20% of calories from protein and 10% or fewer calories from carbohydrates.
Can I skip a delivery?
You can easily skip a delivery. All you need to do is log in to your account and select the week you want to skip.
You will then see a pop-up asking you to confirm that you want to skip a week. Your delivery will then resume the following week.
Are the meals fresh or frozen?
Always fresh! Factor delivers all meals in insulated boxes with cooling elements designed to keep your food safe during transport.
When you receive your meals, you should place them in the fridge as soon as possible. Once in your fridge, meals are safe to enjoy on or before the ‘best before’ date on the label.
